Welcome to Royal Holidayj. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms form the basis of the contract between Royal Holidayj (“the Company,” “we,” “us”) and the traveler (“the Client,” “you”).

1. Booking and Payment Policy

  • Initial Deposit: To initiate a booking, a minimum token advance of 50% of the total holiday package value is required. Additionally, 100% of any airfare or visa fees must be paid at the time of booking.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared once all services are confirmed and no later than 15–28 days before the tour departure.

  • Late Bookings: Any booking made within 15 working days of the departure date is considered a "Late Booking," and full payment is required at the time of reservation.

  • Payment Modes: We accept payments via Visa, Master Card, Rupay, American Express, Cheque, Demand Draft, and Cash. Please note that credit/debit card payments may incur a surcharge of 3%–5%.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you must cancel your tour, notice must be provided to us in writing. The following standard cancellation charges apply:

  • 30 days or more before departure: Forfeiture of the initial deposit or a flat fee (e.g., ₹10,000 per person).

  • 29 to 15 days before departure: 25%–50% of the total tour cost.

  • 14 to 8 days before departure: 50%–75% of the total tour cost.

  • 7 days or less (including "No Show"): 100% of the total tour cost (No Refund).

  • Peak Season/Festivals: Bookings made for high-peak periods (Dec 20th to Jan 15th) or major festivals (Diwali, Holi, etc.) are strictly non-refundable upon cancellation.

3. Itinerary Changes and Price Fluctuations

  • Amendments: Royal Holidayj reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or government orders.

  • Surcharges: Prices are subject to change before departure due to fluctuations in fuel costs, taxes, or supplier rates. Any such increase must be paid in full by the Client.

4. Travel Documents and Insurance

  • Client Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and the necessary visas.

  • Insurance: We highly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, and theft, as Royal Holidayj does not provide such coverage.
